Does it get ridden on random adventures of any type, including daily running around that you enjoy? If so, I believe that is the very definition of an X-bike. If I’m not mistaken the only bike that isn’t an X bike is a bike that it bought or renovated just to work on it or look at it. If you have fun and adventures on it, it’s awesome!
