After a series of unfortunate and dumb events I ended up having to cut off a centerlock lockring. As you can see I cut into the hub body. I assume that this is no longer safe to use?

You mean the small silver cuts on the edge?
That looks too insignificant to impact anything to me. The splines on the centerlock mount seem fine, the threads for the lockring seem fine. No damage to spokes or the flanges. I would ride that

Given that it’s on the brake side, I would make sure there aren’t any sharp edges and I’d inspect it periodically. I’d still ride it, though. If it does fail, my expectation would be a gradual failure with warning (loose spokes, creaking, etc). That’s just my guess, though

The beauty of centerlock is the splines do almost all the work. This is fine.

I would abrade the sharp edges of the damaged area to avoid a starting point for cracks, but the working structure of the hub looks sound
