Hey, I’m quite new to bikes generally and just received my Roadlite 5 as kind of a work-benefit bike.
According to the instructions the box should have had some friction paste for the handle bar and seat post, but there wasn’t any. Should I contact Canyon to get some? If I have to wait for some, should I not ride the bike before I get to apply it, or should I just forget about it?

If they don’t make noise I guess you’ll fine. Get some quality paste from Amazon for future use. The pink one comes with the bike is not good anyway
Mine Pathlite 6 came already pre-applied.
