Stuck rear wheel, can’t remove,tried so many times so hard. Am I missing something about removing a rear wheel with a freewheel?? soaked axle and bolts in WD 40 at night and tried to get it to budge over and over for many days now. I just wanted to build a bike but the stuck wheel is stopping me

Sorry this is gonna be a bit long but this bike has had a lot of issues and I want to explain things as detailed as I can..
This bike has been a DOOZY from day one since I got it in the mail. put it together after unboxing & I realized the chain put on by the factory workers was so insanely tight. I mean you couldn’t move it at all with your hand and if you did it was pure forcing it and with so much pressure and tension on the chain that it felt like it was gonna snap any second. Never seen a chain so tight in my life. It’s extremely mind blowing that they were able to get the chain together with the master link. It has to be at least a full 2 links or more too short. Felt like someone forced a chain from a bike with smaller gearing onto my bigger 36t sprocket. They had some crazy strength.. rather than swap for a bigger chain they just forced it on…. While riding it that chain would slip a tooth on my front sprocket often. So there’s the insane tension on the chain issue, but it gets worse. I emailed support when I FIRST got it and asked if it was safe to ride and normal, they said it’s a budget bike it’s normal. But we know that’s not true… just replaced sprocket for new one and replaced the tight chain with a bigger one and now I can suddenly hear my freewheel click.. I never had a freewheel only cassettes so I assumed the loud clicking while coasting was just with cassettes but no, it was the chain being so tight that it was caused the freewheel to be go close to completely silent when riding. I could feel a slight click but couldn’t hear anything. It arrived in a box with damage. the rear axle busted through the side of it and made a hole so when I received the bike the rear axle on the right side (side with the freeewheel so could the axle or nut be damaged from going through ground shipping with the busted box? Could it have gotten dragged or caught on something and now the axle is over tight or damaged? After soaking in WD 40 over and over again every night, I try to take it off every single day I’ve had friends try I would almost say that as of now my back wheel is completely unremovable. 19mm sockets used and tried adjustable wrench, long ratchet and hammer taps. I tried the 2 wrenches at once method on each bolt no movement at all. I’m wondering could this have been caused by riding on that super tight chain it came with for a month ? Or could it be damage from shipping? Any special technique to take off a back wheel with a freewheel or same as any other bike? I’m at a loss. Pics below
