I got myself this lovely new racet. It’s my first roadbike, however, I am feeling a bit stretched. Do you guys have recommendations how I can shorten the reach without increasing the drop?
Perhaps I could flip the stem backwards?
You should look into some fast aero deep dish wheels before you start to adjust the fit

Your bars are rotated way up increasing your reach. Rotate it down, the drops sould be close to horizontal then adjust beifters further up while having being able to operate the brakes full hand from the hooks (now they are on the hooks)
The tops will be sloping down on this style of bars, brake levers should be close to vertical over the front axle. Minor adjustment further to your liking

From the looks of the setup, that bike may not fit you.

Your stem is angled up, causing you handlebars to be pushed up and out if you look at your cables, they are stretched to the max. I would adjust your stem and have the bike fitted to you before you start buying Aero parts.

This has to be BCJ bait.
