zar690 on June 5, 2024 8:52 am Sora is 9-speed / Claris is 8-speed. If both of them are new with a warranty I’d get the Sora one, as internal routing will be more annoying to fix/ potentially more expensive to pay for repairs when the time comes.

Sora is 9-speed / Claris is 8-speed. If both of them are new with a warranty I’d get the Sora one, as internal routing will be more annoying to fix/ potentially more expensive to pay for repairs when the time comes.
