You can get those screws with a derailleur hanger, so check [Wheels Mfg](https://wheelsmfg.com/derailleur-hangers.html?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjw9vqyBhCKARIsAIIcLMFXKz5s8gbTxi6B5wDTgpcepI98dWI_0V-Jxj6dVpJnh-tyF0wPrTsaAmO2EALw_wcB). In the meantime once the wheel is attached and tightened down, the hanger will stay put without the bolt.
