I’ve had the white Giros bottom left for several years and they are nicely broken in for longer rides. This is their second repaint with Angelus leather paint and clear lacquer. Now No. 2 white needs a coat. My kit philosophy is the more the merrier, thinks won’t wear out as fast. I use saved searches on eBay and let the kit come to me.
Over the years I’ve picked up another black and a third white, which I repaint red. I recently find the elusive genuine red pair so they are brand new, so it was time to rerepaint red to hot pink for those Rapha days.
What do you think? Do you buy the same gear in different colorways?

The different colors are pretty rad. For me, I would probably buy different shoes in different colors so that I could have a variety of shoe types in addition to color. How well does the leather paint last?
