Currently very frustrated with Canyon customer service. Have a very simple product question and can’t get through to customer service via chat (in line for an hour and a half, 30 minutes as 1st in queue), or phone (no callback from earlier today, currently 25th in line). Not sure what’s going on but I’ve never had this much trouble getting a question answered.
Does anyone know if these are the correct grommet for the Grizl? This would be in the rear of the seat tube near the BB where the cable for the front derailleur exits.

Part looks the exact same as mine but the compatible models only lists the Ultimate. The grommets they have as compatible with the Grizl don’t look familiar at all and I can’t find them anywhere on my bike.
