After thinking about it for a long time, I have now got this. A Scott Speedster Gravel 30 in size 56 (L) and its totally worth it in addition to my trekking bike.

I personally find the G-one bites tires a tad too slow for my taste (50 watts both tires at 18mph), but they do last a long time (3000+ miles). In contrast, the G-one RS super race is more like 35 watts at 18mph (and cheaper options)
