I recorded this video yesterday, May 31, 2024. I was coming back after doing some nice work and had parked my bicycle near the tram station. Then I rode back home in beautiful weather—it was rainy, wet, wild, but not too cold. I really like wild weather, especially when it doesn’t rain. But if I’m at home, I enjoy the rain. Rain is very beautiful as long as it doesn’t cause floods or other natural calamities. Rain brings life, making things sprout and grow. It’s refreshing and beautiful.
Riding a bicycle is very special, especially through beautiful Basel, Switzerland. The roads are excellent, and this city is perfect for bicycles. When I ride, I try to experience it differently than most people here. Many people ride very fast, seeming not to fully enjoy the moment. They might enjoy riding, but they miss out on the beauty around them—people, other vehicles, trees, houses, and cars. I like to smile at people, make them smile, and be part of their lives, as well as my own. Enjoying the journey is important, not just rushing home, especially if there’s no immediate need to be there.
Of course, if you’re heading to work and need to catch a train, rushing makes sense. But even when I’m heading to the train station, I usually play Bollywood music on a small speaker in my backpack. This way, I can enjoy the music, hear the sounds around me, and let others enjoy the music too. Music brings joy, celebration, and meditation. Meditation isn’t about resistance; it’s about being calm and joyful, even in wildness. True meditation doesn’t suppress but calms and brings joy.
So, my dear friend, spread your smile and positive vibes. Let others absorb the positive energy you share. Everyone has different karma, purposes, and missions in life. Your smiles, actions, and joy can inspire and even heal others. Always make your life and others’ lives beautiful. Life, love, laughter.😃💚🐸
