I recently bought an Aeroad!!! I put the bike together and noticed a bad paint job behind the seat post! I emailed canyon and started the process !! Sent pictures and was emailed that i would hear back in 24h! 3 days later and still nothing! I really hate broken promises ! What’s your experience with canyon and faulty paint jobs ? I’m paying 5k for a bike and I expect it to be in perfect condition !!
