Bianchi C-Sport. Is it a C-Sport 2? $390. Just looking for a bike for fitness, no commuting due to rural area.

This a solid price/bike for someone looking to bike? I’ve traditionally rode single speeds but that was years ago. Just looking to ride once or twice a week for exercise
