Original Altus cranks and rear mech and switched to friction shifting with Deore thumb shifters. Kept the original 3×7, threw MKS XC 3’s, SimWorks Little Nick, and Panaracer Smoke & Darts. Kept it simple with the only
purpose of this bike being to handle sandy and rocky singletrack.
