Picked up this scorcer Roadmaster and a Hawaiian shirt and goodwill. The rear tyre holds air and is going strong but the front one had visible bulging and popped on my test ride. It's a comfortable fast little bike and it was worth the five bucks. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get the brakes and derailer operating smooth?

I would assume that the brakes and derailleurs all probably need new cables.
Park tool or bike farmer on youtube.
