I'm doing some work on my girlfriend's bike and I noticed that it has a weird bottom racket. The bike is a 2014 felt f4x. I'm not sure what to make of this. It appears to be press fit but with no plastic cups? Does anybody know where I can get replacement bearings for this as these ones seem to have some pretty serious rust going on.

Sounds like BB30, where the bearings are pushed directly into the frame. Take it to a shop, bearing replacements aren’t fun.
One nice thing about BB30 (maybe the only nice thing) is that you can get a thread-together bottom bracket to replace it. I’d consider that route.
Rub the grease off. The bearing seal has numbers on it. Thats what bearing it is. Pop old out. Pop new in.
I have a Cannondale with some weird BB30 variant and I replaced it with one of the thread together ones from Wheels Mfg, a little pricy but super quality and imo totally worth it.
