Don’t know too much about bikes, but seller is offering $250 for this. Thoughts?

I think 250 is an OK price for this. It’s an older bike (simply based on the external shift cable levers) but if it’s all in good condition and doesn’t need parts replaced right away. It’s a bit grimy so I’d definitely give it a clean and check the chain for wear if you buy it.
