If you really want it, $1000 would be max I would pay. Is a computer coming with it? I see a sensor and a mount.

It’s a bit on the pricey side, but it does come with a very nice groupset from what I can see. In my opinion, these are excellent bikes that ride wonderfully and handle exceptionally well. They are somewhat of an enthusiast’s bike, so I think it’s questionable if he’ll get the asking price for it. A few months ago, I bought the exact same model for about half the price. Given my experience, I can say that they are fantastic bikes, and for a first bike, it would be a great introduction to cycling. However, one potential downside is that the tire clearance is limited to a maximum of 25mm, which might be restrictive for some riders. It might be worth negotiating the price or looking for a better deal if you’re considering purchasing one.
