I have bought recently(second hand) a cube stereo 140 hpc race 2019 with a carbon frame. After I washed the bike for the first time I noticed two scratches/cracks on the top tube of the frame. I am wondering if it is just a scratch or it’s a cracked frame that I need to change?

It looks like someone crunched your top tube somehow. The good news is carbon is repairable
Did you clamp it down in a bike stand there?
