Hello,

I am currently looking for a fairly inexpensive (<2k USD) and lightweight (<45 lbs) e-bike to commute to work. The 1.7 miles to my workplace is completely uphill (1.7 miles, 360 ft elevation), and the 2 miles from my house to the train station are also uphill. I need it to be lightweight because I will be using the train as part of my commute, and Seattle has underground train stations. I have been considering the Tenways CG600 Pro, but my only concern is that it is single-speed. Do any of you have tips on purchasing a bike for a hilly commute?

I appreciate your input.

Thank you.
