Did you follow Silca’s directions? If you did, there’s the problem. They have you take the chain out of the wax too cold. Thread a piece of wire through one of the ends and hang it over the side of the wax pot. Pull the chain from the wax and let the excess drip back into the pot.
I swear Silca wants you to waste half the product so you buy it more often.

Just ride. As long as the links arenβt stuck youβre fine. Even if they are a bit stuck theyβll work themselves out especially if itβs warm outside.
Usually lose most of this by sticking a 1β dowel in a vice and pulling the chain back and forth across it. Frees the links and knocks off the excess.
