If its not rubbing and has clearance you can try riding it. Sometimes the bead will set itself better. You can try reseating it, but its always possible its just got that signature Maxxis wobble.

Check to see if the rim is bent. Hold a piece of paper against the frame and rim and spin it. That will help tell if it’s the rim. If it’s not the rim do like the others said and ride it a bit. You can lower air pressure and bounce it and ride a bit or deflate it, break the bead then reseat it. I think Maxxis are known for wonky tires.

I don’t see a whole lot of wheel wobble, just tire. Could be slightly misaligned on the rim, but if it’s not rubbing I wouldn’t worry.
