Hey guys, I bought last year the Orbea Occam M10 and had a lot of fun since. The bike comes with a frame protection at the bottom of the frame. But after riding 5-6 times, the protection is slowly coming off. I left pictures below of the protection on a brand new. I read an article about someone putting a bag that seems to hold it. But if you guys have better advice, I need your help 🙏🙌

Zip tie? Glue? That’s probably your only other two options.
First, contact orbea if you can to see what they recommend you do. Else, just get some glue and stick it back on
How is it held on? I have a Trek Fuel Ex with frame protection along the entire downtube. It’s two pieces that overlap one another, held in by small bolts threaded into the tube.
After a couple hits, the plastic pulled away from the bottom bolt. I was able to unscrew it, and put it back in properly.
Yeah this has been a problem on both of my occams.. I just glue the damn thing back with super glue.. Just clean up the frame a little and smack it back on 🙂
Edit; It comes from factory taped with some sort of double adhesive tape thing.. that doesn’t even cover the edges around the protection so dirt find its’ way in under it and eventually it comes off..
