I got the hub last week from SourceBMX, initially, there was high pitch annoying squealing. They said its normal and sent me Brant Moores video on how to fix my problem. Instructions were to lube the hub from the inside near the O ring. After doing that, my hub is now as silent as a regular freecoaster for the most part, with minimal inconsistent clicking. The hub is working just fine, not sure if i should revisit the hub, dry some of the lube (Ironic because its “dry lube”), or just keep it fairly silent as is and live on.

Too much lube probably, try it for a day, maybe the excess will wear off and it’ll start clicking, if not then yeah, dry it a bit.
