Has anyone had something like this happen to them? I got my outlet Canyon Grizl yesterday and when I unboxed it, the thumb shifter just fell off. If you look closely at the pics it looks like the previous owner tried to glue it together.
Can this be fixed by getting just the thumb shifter replaced or do I need a new shifter?
I wrote to support yesterday, but it’s been over 24h without any response…

When you spend thousands for a sport bike it should be in great shape when you unbox it. To be fair, you cannot use this bike.
Remember: since canyon has a new investor they won’t do any (!) final quality inspection. This is cheaper than dealing with the warranty claims.
If they don’t respond call them daily or return this bike.
