Inaugural trail ride on a new REI 2.3. Other than the saddle, then only things I plan to swap out are a new stem (redshift) and bars (PNW Coast).
This is my first modern gravel bike. My previous was something I had built up from an old LeMond cyclocross frame. It did the job OK, but it felt cramped and twitchy. The 2.3 is much closer to the feel I've been wanting.

Oh, it’s worth mentioning that I asked the REI folks to set it up tubeless, and they did it at no cost.
