Two separate frames! The surley fork will only fit on the dark purple rockhopper and the front rack and fork do not play nice together. Trying to figure out my options.

Number two. Never underestimate how useful a rack and a dynamo light is
Edit: also Iām a sucker for forks with rake. They just look cooler to me, and they absorb more vibration

The first bike as a pseudo-bmx fun bike around town for me.
Second bike looks utilitarian but front racks are not my preference.
The third bike looks a bit of an abortion, sorry to say š
Looks to me like the Surly fork has the front end jacked up. Suspect it’s about 30mm longer than spec. Looks funny, but not quite funny enough (now a 29″ wheel up front, *that* would be funny). Although if you like how it handles, go for it.
I like #2 also, what’s not to like š
Whatever you choose is great, until you add those sick tyres. Then it’s awesome

In my mind, I’d do mad tricks on the first. In reality, I would ride the second much more=
That middle guy looks rideable. I like the color, tires, and overall look. Just me tho.
