Was sooo tight that i left some markings in the carbon.

That looks problematic, but on the other hand, plastic tire levers shouldn’t leave marks like that. Carbon shouldn’t be that delicate.
Do you have good technique for mounting tires? Unless it’s a really bad fit due to crappy rim tolerances, GP 5000 should be easy to fit without tire levers.
Just to satisfy my curiosity, what rims/wheels are those?
Looks like a hookless rim so you might be ok as long as you stick to the manufacturer guidance on max tyre width and pressure. Is it the front or rear? Generally I’m less enthusiastic about taking risks with a front wheel as that usually ends up with an expensive dentists bill
Are these *brand new* rims? Looks like they’ve bottomed out at some point if you’ve hit any gnarly potholes recently that you may only be noticing now.
But – if proper new, box fresh rims, plastic levers should not do this to a carbon rim. I’ve installed plenty of tight AF tyres with levers that haven’t damaged the rim.
Personally I wouldn’t ride these knowing what’s on the line if they fail mid ride (e.g. descent 👀)
Use the warranty that is available to you. If AliExpress OEM wheels, good luck to you 😬
It doesn’t look great to me. If you grab the edge with your fingers and wiggle it back and forth, does it move or does it feel just as stiff as un-damaged parts of the rim?
