5/10… Lose the reflectors on the wheels as well as the dork disc, shift it to the smallest cog and put the cranks at 3 and 9. Those are easy fixes but next time you’re at the LBS get that steerer tube cut down. It’s not a horse; you don’t need a pommel.

How fat of a tire do you think you can fit? They say 50mm, but manufacturers tend to be a little conservative

Does that model of the Marin have a frame integrated derailleur hanger? I wanted to het the Nicasio, but that is what was keeping me from buying it.
