Well I have gotten everything that I have ordered from there. It takes long time to get to you tho.

yeah it’s legit, ordered a lot of stuff from them but their shipping is slow

  3. It’s legit but based on previous redditors asking the same question, it could take weeks/months to get your items shipped.

I tried to buy a wax scraper sharpener off the snow version of this site, and after a couple months of “your order has been delayed”, they finally just cancelled. Got my money back and everything though, so not a scam I guess.

I ordered an italian bottom bracket, they where the only ones that had one i needed.
    Delivery was excellent.

Yes. It is legit. *However,* there are a couple things to know about bikeinn.

First of all, everything ships from Europe. It takes a long time, and you might have to pay a tax depending on where you’ll be shipping too.

Also, bikeinn will list items for sale they do not have in stock. When you order form them, they will sometimes then place an order through the manufacturer, and then ship once they get it from them, in this case Schwalbe. This can take even longer. I waited almost 2 months to get a set of tires from Pirelli. In that sense, they are basically a drop shipper.

The prices you are seeing are what your LBS would pay, but just a few pennies or dollars more. However, since bikeinn is a distributor (one step up the supply chain), they are getting wholesale pricing. That is why its cheaper.

Its great, you can get stuff for cheap, but sometimes you’ll wait a super long time, and sometimes you’ll never get the product you ordered at all, in which case they will promptly refund the purchase.

Yes! But be prepared, they in Spain I believe so get ready to wait a month.

  8. I live in Portugal and I think there is a warehouse in Spain right next to us, so the shipping is not that bad, usually 3-7 days. If you’re in Europe like me, it’s a solid option.

I order from them all the time. Just ordered the SRAM E1 Red upgrade yesterday….

Admittedly I live in Spain, where they are based so get good shipping. But they are a massive company.

Not sure I would order from them if I’m stateside though or not based in the EU as taxes and import duty become an issue.

Do note that this is the cheap wire bead version, I don’t think they are much more expensive elsewhere.

Legit, order came in less than 10 working days, but I ordered from Romania.

It’s legit. My issue with them, and why I’ll never order from then again, is that they made a mistake and shipped me EU Large size, instead of US Large, knowing i was shopping from US. They refused to admit their mistake, and i had to pay DHL $30 to return the items for a refund. Never again.

Just bought some tyres from Bikeinn. Use it quite a bit for bike stuff in the UK – but under the import tax limit of around £135. Reputable.

Just bought exactly this a few days ago, haven’t received it yet but I think it’s legit. Will update when they arrive

I just ordered a set of tires to Canada from them. Took about three weeks, but I paid less for both tires than I would have paid for ONE tire at any store here. Crazy.

I ordered from them recently. I’m in the USA. Shipping took a long time but the item was legit

I’ve never paid import tax on anything from bikeinn to Canada. Yes it’s legit. Skipping is about 1-3 weeks.
