I have found this old Lady for Sale. Its a Liberia Frame with 531 Tubing and as far as i can tell a complete Shimano 600 group. I am still pretty new to vintage Bikes, but for 100€ this can't really be a bad Deal, can it? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Pic is from the wrong side. Anyway I doubt that it’s complete Shimano 600. Looking at the brake levers, and the hoods are missing. I’d say go for a test ride, if it’s fun And fits you go for it .
Yep it’s worth it if the frame is 531.
Keep in mind there’s 531 *just the main triangle* and 531 the whole frame. The label will say. Not sure what’s up with the fork.
Even if it’s not the whole frame, the other tubes willl still be high quality though. I see a forged dropout in the back so.
One other thing: MAKE SURE IT’S YOUR SIZE. That bike is for someone about 6′ or taller.
Don’t compromise on fit. Nice frame though.
Definitely a good price if the bike is in a good condition! Did the owner say why the front end of the bike is in a different color? Almost looks like someone stripped the paint?
I’m surprised nobody has mentioned the possible bent fork yet and the bonus leather saddle.
