It’s mostly the length of the hoses that make it look ugly.

front hose is interlaced with the other two. it should be going in front of both. rear hose is like two inches “too long” but really, i’d leave it.
what you need is a dropper post and a remote lockout for a sus fork. then you’d have a proper fucked up rats nest like all those savvy modern mountain bikers.

I would shorten the brake hoses as mentioned already, and change the shift cable to follow the right hand / rear brake cable if possible. You could also get s-hooks to hold the rear brake and shifter cable together most of the way around the bend in front so it looks nicer, and the cables tap less over bumps and such.

I’d say don’t pay too much attention to them. I leave mine way longer and they do look wild but it’s better when putting a handlebar bag. that way I can sort of wrap them around the bag.

Just make a cross at the front of the headtube. Both brake hosing and FD & RD hosing.
