Hey folks, as subject suggests, Canyon started "World Bike Day Sale" and I've being looking at Grizl CF LS bikes for a while and this offer seems almost too good to be true.
Why's the discount so huge? Are there any warning flags for Ekar groupset?

For more context – I want Canyon Grizl carbon bike for gravel trips and have 0 previous experience with gravel/high-end(?) carbon bikes at all so feel free throw in beginners tips
It’s not the first time they have had Ekar Grizl’s on sale. Ekar bikes might not sell as fast it’s competitors Shimano and Sram. If Canyon has made an agreement with Campagnolo to sell x amount of Ekar bikes/groupsets and see half way through the the season that they are behind schedule to reach that goal, they will discount them now rather than sit with a full warehouse in November. With the new Grx DI2 out, things probably isn’t going to be easier for Campagnolo. Having said that I wouldn’t be afraid of the Ekar groupsets. From the reviews I’ve read it get good feedback, especially the brakes, with great feel, feedback and modulation. Bear in mind I haven’t tried it myself. One last thing, never get blinded by big discounts, do you research what’s right for you and get that. Big discounts doesn’t help much if you buy something you don’t need (in general) or the wrong model.
