Long time viewer, first time poster.
Canyon Endurace CF SL 8 Di2 (XS, 5’6.5)
Struggling to find the correct saddle height/position & bar height. The endurance has a built in cockpit where you can only drop or raise the bars by 1/4”, but unable to adjust the stem length.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, have a 225KM bike ride June 8th and would like to get comfortable.

I don’t understand. You did a bike fit but they didn’t set the saddle / bar height? Can’t offer advice but there’s also a bike fit subreddit fyi that could be a helpful spot for you.
