Looks ok. Try to put the saddle slightly higher.

while sitting, you should be able to extend totally your leg on the pedal in the bottom position

  2. Height is not an important factor in determining fit. Your seat seems low, in general the bicycle seems to be a bit small for you – not awful, some people prefer slightly undersized ones for agility, weight, aero blah blah blah.

You’re not a roadie, so I’d prefer to go up a size, to 55cm, but if you got the 52cm one properly fitted, it’d be comfortable enough.

  3. Seems fine. I’m 1,70 and size 52 is perfect for me. Put your saddle a little higher.

The seat height suggests the frame size should be ok.

The seat looks full forward on its rails though, so maybe slide it back. Short wheelbase, so maybe a longer stem if you want to stretch out more.

I ride smaller frames and jack the seat up. I like the shorter length and tighter geo of smaller frames. You can make it up with seatpost and stem length.

  6. Whats the stem length? If the saddle hight is good, then from what I can see you shouldn’t go to a bigger frame, rather go for a longer stem (100-120mm) im guessing its a 100mm ish from what I see but my eyes might be wrong.play with saddle hight and setback, stem length and deg +- %. Also handlebar reach.

Your stem looks like +/- 7 ° with it currently set to -7°. You can flip it to put yourself in a more upright position if you want.

  8. The Frame is totally fine, and probably perfect. You just need to get fitted properly.

  9. Basic bike fit strategy is to set the seat height and set back and then select a stem / bar combo to set the reach

Maybe the stem could be a bit longer with it flipped it for a touch more rise (making the drops more accessible too)

Thanks to everyone for their input. Will looking into to stems that are between 100-120 mm. This one is 80.

Also height of the seat is already adjusted with slight angle when foot is at the bottom.

Now a long ride to check if there are any major pain etc

    Thanks again 🙏

  11. A little small is much better than too big. But even then this looks pretty much fine for you.

    I’m 183cm and I have a 55cm frame,you just unlocked this issue for me 😭😂

I think this looks pretty good, I’d echo what others have said about saddle height and moving the saddle back a bit.

I’m almost tempted to say the reach looks a little short but if you move the saddle back and raise it a bit it’ll change the way you interact with the handlebars. Don’t be afraid to experiment with stem length/angle either!
