Been looking around the NYC area for a while for an upgrade to my 2011 Trek 1.1 with Claris, and found this. Seller was asking $1000 but agreed to 850 – one of the few carbon bikes I've found in the city under $1200 used…but is it a goot value?

For clarity this is an SL4 with Tiagra groupset if the photos didn’t make that clear. I’m doing a test ride/inspection next Tuesday.
Seems to me like a lot of money for a 8yo bike with just a tiagra groupset.
