No. It looks old and doesn’t even have disc brakes.

Better than no bike. Worse than many bikes, especially for commuting.

Disc brakes are over-rated, but crappy suspension is worse than no suspension, except maybe if every surface you ride is washboard (like that planked bridge I crossed last night). Better than walking, but I’d guess it’s heavy and inefficient to pedal.
Also, you can’t mount a rear rack that can carry much weight.

Depends on definition of decent. For me no, I had similar and it broke on first ride. A more gentle rider might get longer from it. I rate bikes by how much maintenance is needed to keep it rolling and this needs lots. Fine if you have time and knowledge otherwise the upkeep on this could be better spent on something more robust.

Looks like one of those big box stores bikes. Biggest issue tends to be assembly (since most of these aren’t put together by bike mechanics or competent professionals), followed by parts quality (e.g. some parts may be crooked).
Critically, I’m really not a fan of these “floating seat tube” designs. You need strong and light materials to ensure rigidity, which isn’t going to happen on a cheap bike like this.

If it gets you around, it’s got wheels that work, brakes that work, and it gets to the each of the jobs you need to get to. Yes it’s good bike if you’re trying to go off road maybe not.

People here are being too kind.
It’s not. It’s a terrible bike. Not just that it’s low quality but that it’s a fake mountain bike with fake suspension that has no benefit and makes the bike heavier and worse to ride.

I respect people trying to be nice, but no, not at all. Bikes like that are only sold to be ridden once and chucked in a landfill, as evidenced by god awful suspension design. Ride it for now if you have to, don’t spend a dollar on it beyond lubricating the chain.
