Nice! Distracted by your Fjallraven/Specialized handlebar bag – how is that treating you? I have their top tube bag but have been shopping handlebar bags.
I have put the exact same bar tape on my 2019 Rove, it looks great.
The thing I don’t get about flare is why is it always starting at the hoods? I get why one would want flared drops, but flared hoods have been very uncomfortable to me.
That area under and around the hoods always drives me nuts, but you did a good job!
