I want to do my own lower legs service of my Pike suspension fork.
Based on the series number on the fork I have found that the fork is of the model FS-PIKE-SEL-C1.
Further, from looking in the service manual I believe I must use Maxima PLUSH Dynamic Suspension Lube Light 30 ml in the damper side and 15 ml in the spring side. The damper side is the one with the rebound adjuster, right? Is this correct?
I have also found replacement foam rings, SRAM butter for the dust seals, and an oil pan for the old oil.
To do the service I will take apart the lower legs, drain the old oil, wipe the stanchions and insides of the lower legs clean with 99% isopropyl and lint free cloths, let them dry and then reassemble with the new foam rings and oil.
Is there anything i have missed?
