First day in Bruges, Belgium: waffles, biking and an old friend!

Bruges was a dream! Let me tell ya that. A true scene from a Hallmark movie. This vlog is a long one because we had a super packed day from 5am catching our train to 10pm dancing the empty streets of Bruges after our friend Marthe left to go home.

after Belgium we go so here we are made it to Paris to Nord sort of got scammed by taxi driver because originally he was saying that our taxi was gonna be like 30 euros but it only took like what seven or yeah oh well it only took like twelve minutes to get here right yeah it’s super fast but um I mean he ended up charging us seventeen no no it was supposed to be 17 in cash but we did not have all that much cash so we did card for 20 we don’t care [Music] also it’s looking so magical in this train station all right we got so much luggage British so extra well there’s a whole bunch of people I am so ready [Music] [Music] yeah nobody knows of an unlucky [Music] and [Music] [Music] [Music] looking a little rough right now because we just got over a train and Bruges with a one and a half hour train ride but now our the hotel and so cute here they’ve gone a pullout Christmas note here and the view it’s amazing the canal and it’s so fancy here Leona really picked out a great hotel this is the dining food area this is the exciting part Oh oh nice fresh bed a few view those are the canal no but it’s still Pleasant [Applause] it’s like totally different every time but such a different vibe here reminds of Beauty and the Beast but what are going to Amsterdam to right mm-hmm how do we say um what’s their word for hello hello thank you I just hello hello Bruges hello it’s so beautiful here [Music] here we are [Music] take care young Carole King or something [Music] just a little taste of what’s coming next [Music] so we are currently on the way to find Dutch waffles apparently the best Belgian waffles from a little cart situation or a truck or something you don’t go to the main market the waffles I read you have to go to places where because you can do something except are running their tourist jobs and well actually I don’t think this one’s out of truck but he was like I know of the best waffle place in the truck but I don’t know how to get there anybody knows how to get there but we don’t know what the name is but it’s like 13 syllables you know right all I remember is Balthazar and his we’re going to that Street we found the place yeah sorry this is a store we could so we checked out that other waffle place and it seemed like they only had two options strawberry and I want like a fully loaded walk yeah so we’re just really going to wander the streets and find our favorite waffle place yeah or whatever place looks the best you know color right this is very very colorful like even just its brick lining so we all know what do you think of bruges so far hey I know this is so freaking ugly people what la la County yeah there’s near the square – we found our place hopefully [Music] precious cargo he’s over there right no one can drop these [Music] [Music] [Music] so what’s up we’re here in Bruges [Music] all right tastic everywhere and waffles and waffles and mayonnaise covered fries [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] I’ll just blow [Music] lots of chocolate the air is chocolate honestly choc coffee bean nicotine haze in it and a crispy caramel so menu thank you average of this chocolate to get my rights over there I think who is this Monica piece and it’s like a small small statue in Brussels and a little boy is peeing yeah and it’s like a special things like dressed up oh oh this beforehand I mean it’s really nothing special it’s like it’s so big and he’s just like in there and he looks too cool cuz there you like dust it with chocolate so it looks like breasts [Music] [Music] we find up there it’s like a lion [Music] or more boobs everybody goes the empty streets of brugge musculars that lose seems like everything is closed now [Music] okay ready [Music] model off-duty Lydia pasty lots to eat oh no no no no [Music] are we not just a look [Music] maybe now about to take someone’s eye out [Music] Wow off to a great start you guys oh dear [Music] mine [Music] all right if you see what losers resort to so what are some customers in Dutch Dolman Cho oh okay now I’m ready what
