hello from Palmer we are in New Yorker we decided like two weeks ago to book a holiday and to come out to New Yorker for some training for some sun mainly for some sun but some some training as well and actually while we’re out here um challenge meorc is on so I have also jumped into that race and that is going to be on Saturday we arrived a couple of hours ago it’s just so nice to be here it’s literally like I feel like it’s like my second home I love being out newor it’s one of my favorite places to be so we’ve just arrived at our Airbnb which is lovely it’s a bit like old school it’s on like a um like a little back street of the Old Town um that’s our front door and you come up some little steps there and we got a big lounge and then like I’m going to do some work there and then our bedrooms in here and um bathroom and the kitchen through there so we’ve um we’ve done pretty well with finding a good place to stay pretty last minute and yeah so I’m going to take you along with me for this week we’ll be doing some training this week and obviously I’ll take you along to challenge meor I’ve not done a challenge event before so it’ll be interesting all the like longer distance stuff like the middle and long distance races I’ve done have all been like Iron Man events so doing a challenge event will be a little bit different which I’m excited for but we’ve just Gaz has just gone to the gym I’m just about to do a bit of work we’ve just been walking in the sun I’m pale as anything so it’ll be nice to catch a bit of sun and just just a change of scenery both Gaz and I both can work remotely we both work for ourselves so that is that’s really great that we can come out here do a bit of work and yeah bit change of scenery stay tuned and I will bring you along for this week I’m not going to train today we’ll just do loads of steps today I want to just get on top of my work and make sure all my clients are sorted um tomorrow I’m going to do a run in the morning probably get out on my bike I need to build it actually it’s just here so that was pretty painfree um packing it because I’m such a pro these days so um I will build that maybe later tonight or tomorrow morning so good morning it is the next day and we we’re just about to head out on a run well we’re going separately cuz guys can’t keep up no um I’m doing my last hard run of the um week before my race on Saturday which is is let’s see 5 minute warmup 5 minute Build 8 minutes at the top of zone two and then increase from me up to zone three then 5 minutes zone two again another minute hard 4 minutes zone two recovery and then yeah the final block anyway is 10 minutes and threshold 10 minutes threshold 4 minutes to 407 easy that the EAS S I get B for so I’m going to go do that guys is going to do a pla aren’t you yeah I’m going do 60 Minutes thresold 60 Minutes thr and then um I’m going to work and then we’re done for the day we’re going to sit on the beach so that is what we’re doing on our first day in new yorc went out for a nice tea last night had I had two drugs had a wine in the afternoon and then a cocktail and that was enough for me so all my drinking done for the week um until last of my race at least I will let you know how I get on on this run hopefully I survive it goodbye here we are and it done warming up almost almost finished get bra set right that’s my first bit of the UND done um Qui 5 minute recovery and then it hard I’m dreading it but look at this view look how this VI God that was hard I had to break it down into 2 1ks in a half day to get through that 10 minutes really hard um but it’s done it’s God it’s done now we get to admire this oh I just love it out here I just love it it’s my favorite place ever doing it sooner just walking back from the beach we are up in front of the cathedral this is like my favorite area of pal it’s so beautiful so peaceful um and yeah we’ve just been s on the beach for a couple of hours try that again it ran out of memory so yeah we were just up by the cathedral coming back from the beach we’ve Lally sat on the beach for a couple of hours had some lunch just some salmon and rice and veg um I completely forgot to get my camera out and Vlog it so I will try to be better with that but um that’s lit what we do on holiday we train we walk we on the beach we eat and we repeat that and that is our idea of a great holiday so yeah really happy being here and we’re just heading back up to the house now I need to buy some water bottles for my bike because I forgot to P them I need to also build my bike cuz I’m going on a ride tomorrow morning which I’m excited for so I need to go buy water bottles from Deon and then a bit of a chill got a couple of calls and then tea time good morning it is the next day I’ve just gone out to get coffee and then we’re going to go do a bit of a walk this morning and we’re going to go out on the bikes at about 10:00 G needs to hire a bike so we need to to the bike H place opens um yeah I was I was going to go on my own but G said he could come with me so I’m not going to turn that down because I hate going on my own so I’m really excited for that so yeah I’m excited to get out oh it’s going to be hot today it’s like 29° though so getting out the bikes is going to be hard but on Saturday it’s going to be like 28 2 deges at the race so to get used to it oh my God good morning FY see new here we’re out getting our St in before we go on a ride this this morning I’ve convinced G to come with me cuz I won’t ride on my own so he’s going to hire his City bike for the day and we’re going to go and do 40K we got a race on Saturday so we can’t go too far but we’re going to go cycle it’s hot already though it’s hot it is ly I just look p don’t no pictures going home [Music] P this looks great we are ready to ride there’s gas and his rented [Applause] bike so we are about 20K into this ride we’re only doing about 45k today um it’s roasting absolutely roasting um good practice for Saturday but my God it’s different training in the heat isn’t it but it’s all good it’s beautiful look at the sky look at that Sky having a great time having a bloody fantastic time guys is about there somewhere he went to the bike and it probably weighs about 25 kilos it’s massive not massive it’s heavy um but he’s doing well he’s doing well he’s there can I see him I’ll get a shot of him when I see him here he comes he’s beating all these guys up the hill quick they’re catching you quick right we’re on the way up we’re climbing the first sort of late 25k is but under lating and then we get to a climb which is now so probably got 5K still climbing maybe I don’t know um but it’s just so nice being out on my bike forget how much I love being out when the weather’s like this you cannot beat it um don’t get me wrong I’m boiling but um yeah what a day what a bloody day I went down to meet him and now I’m coming back to catch him up a I’m coming hi hi do you love it easy yeah yeah do it again okay this is how we refuel after a long ride McDonald’s thanks for lunch good morning again from me out getting coffee and P chocolate again um easy run this morning before obviously race tomorrow so it it’s like 30 minutes super easy nothing crazy so I’m going to get that done while it’s nice and call this morning I’ve just been doing some work this morning and then day the beach before we then have to go and rack my bike and also um yeah right my bike it’s about 25 2K away from here so um going to get a taxi over there going to spend the afternoon over there R my bike just yeah get a feel for it I’ve never done a challenge event as I said so it’ll be nice to see how it differs from Iron Man events which um yeah I’m looking forward to seeing how that how it all is ready so I will take you along with us it’ll be better at vlogging I feel like I’m not being at too great last night we had the most amazing Stak we had a um it’s a tomahawk steak and it was Bloody massive and it was incredible so I think I want to go back there again I would eat that steak again right now so yeah it’s been fun so far having a great time nice just be somewhere else like we’re literally doing nothing different to what we do at home like work train chill like what we do at home but it’s just nice change the scenery and um just in the Sun so yeah having a great time we’re out we’re running just a super easy run this morning just to shake out the legs for tomorrow nothing crazy but look there’s the cathedral there’s the Sun what a day what a day and that’s pretty much it done 25 minutes just nice and easy with a couple of strides like 15 20 30 second strides just to get the legs going and that’s I think po tomorrow and in the heat even this feels War but it’s you know something like not even that PO so we can just do our best that’s all we can do that’s a picture of Health that is literally you try it the world’s biggest sip don’t be a [ __ ] okay right I’m back from breakfast and I’m just going to get my stuff ready for tomorrow so I’m going to go over to pagua this afternoon to rrap my bike and also leave my transition bags there so I need to take everything that needs to go in my transition bags in my Triathlon bag to sort out my transition bags when I get there um and then leave everything there tonight so I feel like I really need to be organized and um yeah I need to be organized so I’ve got my truit and stuff out for tomorrow that stays here I keep that here I’m trying to like walk everything through in my head like if I get up in the morning what I need to put on and then what already needs to be over there I’m going to pack my Triathlon bag for the transition bags which I’ll do over there so let’s just do it let’s not overthink it and let’s just do it I think what I’m going to do is just put everything triath related just here and then sort everything out y let’s do this my bike stuff because bike yeah helmet and glasses for on the bike and then for the Run trainers and a p socks right sock this will give you my roas when we get there so that can go in there in the morning because I want need that to do that much of a drama but just forget stuff I’ll probably forgotten stuff them when I get down to the beach today I’ll remind myself right we’re done chain has been oiled I’ve got my top tube bag on top there I have got my bag with all the stuff that needs to go into transition bags and my wet suit truit sports bra compression socks all there and also the bitee pump tomorrow which I’ll take tomorrow and then I’ve also got my electrolytes which I’ve just put in my bag so I’ll fill my water bottles and my electrolytes up in the morning morning cuz if I leave them there and transition overnight they’ll just get really hot and I don’t want hot water I want as cold as possible water so I think we’re all done that was efficient now I just need to chill eat I need to eat I need to go and try and find somewhere to braid my hair so I’m going to go wander around Palmer and see if anyone can braid my hair um I wish I was a better girl who could actually do her hair but um I am a failure in that department right so I’ve just me to have my hair braided one of the ladies who who does like you know the Hair Braiding um on the beach those kind of people and she’s like pulled my hair out there but um it’s done and we are just we walked through the Marathon Expo power marathon’s on this weekend and we walked through the Expo just cuz I wanted to see if someone would be in there to braid my hair um anyway we walked past thinking all the entries were shut and actually there was a late entries like stand and we’ve decided to enter which which one are we doing guys well apparently Marathon apparently we’re doing the marathon I said let’s do the half marathon but one of gaz’s friends has challenged him has called him out to do the full Marathon so I think that may be what we’re doing I don’t know if I’m doing it but G is apparently doing the full Marathon so we’ll see we’re getting to the entry’s place now so it’s going to be like a last minute decision nice place to do a marathon to be fair [Applause] I enter the marathon okay let’s do a half Iron Man and then a marathon the next day what could possibly go wrong a scale of 1 to 10 how excited are you one this is your idea by the way by the way what a beautiful place what a beautiful place to do a marathon my sh okay right so now we’ve registered Gaz needs to I think we buy some running trainers and some shorts and we need gels for like proper novices when we got there the did you hear the woman was like both Mar on so we need to buy everything that we may possibly need oh there’s some shorts and gels we need lots of gels now go wrap a bike register for this race register races I toister the actual race um and yeah going I drop my bik let’s do it and we need to car BL I do need to car BL [Music] yes trp time man is it look at this oh go I’m stuck um and then I’ve got my street wear bag and also my transition bags which as well are material not plastic like IR am uh so yeah put these numbers on my bike and go rock it there’s three f stickers my God right helmet [Music] chaos left with this while she goes and makes a hole in a race number so someone of my YouTube commented that when I did this in flatened it all the way and then thought it didn’t reach actually you’re not supposed to I thought you had to put the paper all the way flat and then when I pulled it it ripped and he’s like that’s not how you do it now I’ve got one that [Applause] works mhm off to go and rack the bike and then for food so bike has been racked I don’t even know you can hear me but um bik’s been racked I’m just going to go hand my transition bags up and then we’re sorted and we need to go eat and get some pasta tonight I think and yeah sleep and hope for the best I don’t know why I feel really nervous not nervous just very unprepared for this very unprepared I think because all my other races I’ve really prepped for I feel like this was really last minute and I just feel I don’t know I don’t know what’s wrong with me I’m in a weird head space but I’ll just do it I’ll just do it [ __ ] hell I’ll just do it it’s all good [Music] yeah apparently is one of my clients said she’s tracking me and alist and I said me and alista will be fighting for that top spot yeah the carb begins am I right you’re right literally what I asked for thank you thank you pasta chicken right the last thing I need to do is put this tattoo on and then I’m good to race [Music] hey did it looks weird on my hair own bike’s wrapped we’ve eaten it’s like 10 8 so we’re going to get into bed maybe watch Lucy Charles’s new Cora Vlog and then head to bed I’ll be up at like half 5 in the morning to eat and to get ready um but yeah I’m excited I’m nervous like I said before I just feel really unprepared for this race I don’t know why I think cuz I entered It 2 weeks ago that’s probably why um don’t know just feel a bit funny about it which is weird but um it’s one of those things I will give it my all and I’ll enjoy it that’s the main thing like supposed to enjoy it so I’m going to enjoy it the bike rout is beautiful and the sport is going to be great so looking forward to that and yeah I’ll catch you in the morning when I am just yeah finalizing the last few bits putting in my bag and eating my breakfast I’ve got cocoa pops for the morning um the usual pre-race cereal and a Red Bull that’s my pre-race um routine good morning it’s race day yay I slept so badly so badly but it’s going to be fine [Applause] right I’ve had my breakfast I’m drinking myed R Bowl I the coffee tastes awful somehow in Red Bull instead for my caffeine this morning and then we got a taxi booked in about half an hour so I’m very already had of schedule so I’m just going to sit here and chill I’ve done my nutrition I’ve done my water um I think I’ve done everything I don’t know I’m nervous I’m really nervous today this ridiculous this is ridiculous it’s going to be a fun day but yeah I’m nervous anyway um I’m going to go chill just sit on my phone for a bit and then hopefully the taxi will be here it’ll all go smoothly and I’ll see you in paguera we’ve arrived in paguera and I’ve forgotten my camera so he’s got me on ever isn’t it it is I was going to turn tell taxi to turn back well it is when you’re filming a vlog worst day um so we’re in paguera on a camera on my phone sorry the g is going to film on his his high-tech iPhone um get chance if he get a chance and um yeah we’re just walking to transition now I’m going to pump up my tires and put my nutrition nutrition and my hydration on my bike um excited it looks like nice day that’s Sunrise these try athletes probably put it on a bit early that it’s fine get it on nice and early why so you primed there’s your guy the Funk Master behind you my I need to warm up I need to go practice swim in the W if I’ve never swim in waves before and the waves are about 10 foot high really watching W minimum 10 foot they are big waves though but you swim through them according to dive through like a dolphin [Music] [Music] what go be security about it yeah my God it’s over game over if I don’t do well in this race because this tat on my actually does look a little Cho I’ll go get some videos for that don’t you say that I [Music] thought it’s now 8:46 so we have 14 minutes to the start of our pro athletes number 43 two-time Olympic champ in 2012 and 2016 from United Kingdom Alis brownley first spe on [Music] [Applause] your of ch23 looks CH even they look [Music] like on your [Music] there she is coming in I think eighth woman or eighth in her AED group at the minute it is wey very didn’t want to tell her before but it is it’s very very wey go Laura eighty well done it’s hard that and uh keep SM It Well Done hello uh yeah I didn’t want to say it to Laura before she went into the um sea but it is wavy in there I didn’t want to get in her head um the waves are massive there’s like I you can’t really see so many waves on the way out looks so choppy and even on the way back in you can’t really ride them because um they just steep you just get spat straight out but she smashed it around I think she about e woman out of the water originally um so yeah let you know you smashed it Laura well done that’s the hardest bit done [Applause] now nice laa that’s a tough swim well done about 5 minutes to the front girl [Music] nice enjoy the ride coming in now Laura’s riding up into some of the female Pros which is nuts and I’m sunbe which is even more nuts yes well done smashed it fourth in your age group but you’ve caught some of the female Pros there’s some female Pros right in front well done keep chipping away I’ve got today yeah just keep chipping it’s all right well done make sure you’re get in a loads of water on yeah Sor Laura go so I’m just going to go pick up my bike but I um what I um I’ll do a full race recap as I always do um but that was hard that was really really hard but um it was worth it because I came third in my age group 25th overall which also includes the professional athletes that were racing which absolutely blows my mind um so yeah third in my age group 30 to 34 so we’re just going to hang around now we’re going to get some food because the podiums are until half s so it’s no point in going back to Palmer and then come back here so um I’m just going to come and buy myself some dry clothes cuz it didn’t um have any with me and my triet was soap so so P up this water over me I will do a full race recap when I can here’s my medal I’m over the moon I’m over the [ __ ] Moon I’m so happy I’ll catch up with you soon I’m going to get my bike now from transition and then I’m going to eat pizza we getting pizza and pasta fueling up this is the hill we had to run up out of transition I don’t think this does it justice it’s so Steep and then we have to come back down it as well run down it in your bike shoes we love to tell tail post race feed and carbon up for gazes Marathon tomorrow what a big day big day I can’t wait for this you not be bother cut in small pieces right good help that’s what I thought I was going to have to do walk and my head down yeah I thought like you like C it would I it would kill me if I have to be in there yeah let that guy right so I thought I’d do the race recap now when we are waiting for the P ceremony quick summary so swim was chopping the waves were horrendous they just kept I kept coming I thought we’d get past the first View and then it would flatten out but it didn’t they just kept coming all the way out so it was an out and back a quick like Aussie exit and then another out and back so even once you’d like done the outfit and you’re on your way back you knew you still had another out to go so that was I don’t know that was really hard annoying because they do it in like ways of age groups all the men went first and then the women went last and because obviously there would be some slower men like catching them all up and um um catching them all up and like getting kicked by these bloody 50 oddy old men which is which was a bit annoying so yeah on the way back in you kind of like were able to like ride the wave a bit and it push you in land but then it would like suck you back out so it wasn’t quite the um easy swim that I was hoping for but still managed 32 minutes swim 32 minutes swim 32 minutes swim I think I was like 8th or 9th out the water which isn’t bad I’m happy with that um considering I think when I’ve done that distance before when I did New York a half Iron Man and actually when I did lty I did like 20 29 minutes with so to only do 3 minutes lower in condition like that that’s come a long way so I’m happy with that and ran up the sound into T1 my heart rate was through the roof and when I look on my stats on Garin my heart rate was through the roof in the first sort of like I don’t know 20 minutes of the bike I think it just took me a while to sort of settle in but then as soon as you got onto the bike you’re into the first climb and so this total elevation for the whole race was like 1200 M which is ridiculous it was constantly climbing but it was a good challenge like you don’t want to just do flat Roots all the time like and I think to be fair I think my strengths do lie in the Hills I think I’m better on the Hills than I am um I’ll get better on like the flats but when I’ve got a TT bik I think I am quite strong on the hills and so it was fine actually um it wasn’t as hot on the bike as I thought it was going to be because a lot of the climbs were in the shade so that helped massively um it wasn’t overly hot but I was hungry on the bike I was really hungry on the bike I didn’t take I don’t think I took enough fuel with me maybe I don’t know maybe I didn’t feel enough this morning and as well then when he’ done one lap and he kind of knew what was coming for the second lap and he knew the climb was going to be there again that was a bit of a killer but it is what it is and I think when what did I come in on the bike must been somewhere up there um Oh you mean players yeah anyway I got girl I just snuck under 3 hours I think got like 257 on the bike which for that hilly course I’m happy with um in LTI I got like 235 so a good 20 odd minutes slower but considering the elevation I will take it so really happy with my bike not not much happened on the bike it was it’s a really technical really technical ride so um obviously like the climes and scents and then you go through all these like little towns and Villages and stuff which um which like people I almost crashing to a man actually a man just crossed over the road in front of me and got shouted out by the police so there was just people around very aware of people being around lots of little turns and you couldn’t really like just get your head down and go because it was it was quite technical but it’s good again it’s good to be it’s good to be challenge rather than just like on a Motorway for 50k so that was fun and the transition two um which I think I put it in the Vlog it’s like this huge um Hill down you have to run down the down a hill to get into transition which I was really like unsteady on my feet and at first cuz no one else would come into transition at the same time as me and I was like am I doing the right thing here should I be running down this steep hill and I asked someone am I am I going the right way and she’s like yeah so it literally just like slid down this carpet which was yeah big descent so I didn’t enjoy that literally after the first comment on run I was like when is this going to end I didn’t I don’t think I enjoyed any of the run I think actually when my watch Fed over to 7K I think 7 to 9k I don’t know why but for some reason I was like oh I’ve got loads of energy I feel good every other comment outside of that it just felt like a bit of a s but it how hot was it today 28° yeah it was very warm it was hot roting not used to not used to running in that heat so I’m just happy to have got round and I was sort of taking off nicely at like 445 450 per kilometer for the first first literally like 10 and 1 12K got halfway and then I don’t know maybe my head just dropped but I was averaging like 55 510 for the second half so my overall average was 458 for the half marathon which again I’ll take I think like an hour and 44 it was just very like like you go out and back another out and back another out and back another there was like five out and back so it was either you’re going up or you’re going down so it’s a bit un lot of obviously like u-turns and it was a four lap course so five 5 and 1 half k four times through it was a mental killer more than anything and a physical as well to be fair um it was just all a killer it was a hard race today um I think a lot of people said that though haven’t they yeah everyone even alist brownley yeah even alist brownley has said that my number one supporter Ali my they it was yeah it was tough out there today so I’m happy to have finished cuz at one point on the run I was like F this I don’t want to do it so I’m happy to have finished and also have finished third in my age group like 25th overall female which also includes the pros I thought that was just like most normal girls but I that includes the pros as well um I think there was like maybe 14 Pros in front of me I think and then a couple of age groupers and yeah managed to sneak in third in my age group so we’re just here waiting for the awards ceremony which is like in an hour’s time um I don’t think I’ve ever well I’ve been on a Podium before not when I I’ve been with you um but I’ve been on the podium before but that was just like a a Sprint distance like local race so like to be on a Podium at a big race is kind of cool it’s kind of cool so the just waiting for that but I think I’ve covered everything I covered everything think so um literally every aid station I went through I poured a whole bottle of water on my head I had they were giving it ice as well I put ice down my sport ice down my back water over my head there was three a stations per lap so 12 times 12 bottles of water over my head yeah just to try and calm me down because it was really [ __ ] hot the goal was was trying to keep cool but yeah it was tough but that’s what these races are for so yeah that’s my race revie and with white hair I can’t take myself seriously one sec let me tiess up good morning it’s the next day day after my race um as always I’ve literally not slept um I think I drifted off around 11: I woke up again around 2 um and then remembered cuz I was watching the en cona God I can’t speak I was watching the girls out in cona on YouTube and by 2:00 I knew that like they were going to be on the run so watch The Run watch Lucy win it which is amazing I’m so happy um so that was like half 2 3:00 um and then I’ve not really been back to sleep since it’s 10: to 6 I’m starving after yesterday and U oh yeah I have told the Vlog we’ve signed up to Palmer Marathon day which was probably the most stupid idea I think I’ve ever had in my life oh god um I’m so really [ __ ] s my watch says I’ve got about one like out of a 100 I’m on like one recovery um I’ve had 4 hours sleep not even this is a really stupid idea I’ll just see what happens I might do half I might get 10K in no I’m not going to get 10K in and not do I want to medal I want to medal I want to go do the whole route it’s a two lap course so whether I do a lap and finish it halfway I don’t know but whatever I do it’s going to be [ __ ] stupid um so I’m going to get some cereal now I’m going try to W myself up um and get into a good head space because I don’t want to I also don’t want to hate this it’s supposed to be for fun so I’m just going to be like run walking it there’s no way I’m going to be able to run the whole way around um but if I ever have a stupid idea like this again just like call me hot on it what a silly idea I’m going to get a red ball I’ll wa up I got my Red Bull I have my cereal and you’ll see me in the next clip and I’ll be good to go watch this space how nervous are you not nervous you’re not nervous not really why I think you’re lying no pressure no nerves no pressure just enjoy the that’s it just enjoy the SE here we go off to run a marathon ter there isn’t it we have the best ideas it’ll be over in like you’ll be over in like 4 hours I might be about 6 hours then be going e drinks today setting off on his [Music] journey almost 900 PM how you feeling my K is St I’m all right I’m starving I just had a banana and a station AK I should be feeling hungry at this point in in America but 8 and half K doing all right just TR Ste the hips so killing a bit so but we’ll do what we [Music] can 15 K in R through all the nice hwn and just the cathedral nice supported F killing me fit this is good HS good so we see what happens and we’re done we ended up just doing the half marathon didn’t do the full um my hip sore I don’t want to risk an injury I think Gaz is um ailles is a bit sore and Al that’s as longest run since 2016 the thought was there to be before Marathon but I think for today that’s enough I think after yesterday that’s enough but great um great half Mar great atmosphere it’s nice running through Palmer in the old town um yeah it’s lovely we’re lucky with the weather actually it’s B cooler today yesterday it was like 28 degrees today it’s like 20 so very lucky there but yeah going to go shower and get some food and we going to have a drink and just have a nice day like an actual holiday day which will be nice it’s been a couple of days since my race and we’re out riding on the bikes guys has rented a road bike usually he rent a 30 Kilo bike so he’s beating me today he G me a run for my money um but yeah feeling good legs are feeling sore still what day is it Tuesday Tuesday yeah I’ve not picked up the camera since Sunday um so yeah just out here getting about 60k in we fly home tomorrow which is sad um but yeah beautiful day for it at the top and here he is well done how do you find it easy so did you how was it then yeah good you not lost any of Fitness how good good how nice are the views going have a look hello this is editing Laur checking in as always at the end of all my videos I swear to God um I always do this I just like forget to finish off the Vlog don’t do an outro or anything so this is me coming to say hi um so we you would have seen us on a ride which was on the Tuesday so we did a nice like we got did 70k in the end we like cycled up to a monastery at this this hill um so really good for practicing some climbing had some lunch up there and then we flew back Wednesday and then since then I’ve been a bit ill you can see I’m sat on the sofa um it’s Sunday now and I’m just spending the day on the sofa just working and just I’ve just got a bit of a cold like it’s really nothing tramatic um I very rarely get ill but obviously last week being away probably overdid it quite a bit which is what it is um so I’m just taking a bit of time just to rest and recover just give my body what it needs the most amazing time in New York and I hope you enjoyed this video um and yeah as I said I will get better at vlogging but you know it’s not my fulltime profession so um yeah I hope you’ve enjoyed this Vlog
