Just finished this a month ago or so, 1985 sport 520 I grabbed for $300 a couple years ago. Suntour barend shifters and a 7 speed cassette are the only non original pieces of hardware. Designed the decals to resemble the original ’83 decals but to match the wheels that I painted.

Beautiful build and love the custom decals! Did you make them yourself and get them printed? I have an 1983 620 with a terrible decal and am in a crisis about how to replace it now that VeloCals is dead. Would love to know how you made those!
