My local bike co-op had this beautiful 70s (I think?) Motobecane Grand Touring in the scrap bin. It’s in near mint condition, they just have donation overload and said it was in there because it was “too tall,” I think it’s something like a 62cm. I bet it was donated in all original condition, but they likely held onto some of the parts. Going to build it back up for a vertically endowed friend!

Tall people ride bikes too and and tall bikes can be few and far between. Especially nice used ones. Good for you for rescuing this one.
