I know it's controversial but they work. got my coconut saved by one once and I wonder what kind of trends have we in the community. I rock a giro myself, black as my soul.
i recently got that new maap x kask protone collab purely for the drip, but its not nearly as comfortable as my lazer strada kineticore which was a fraction of the price.

If I didn’t wear a helmet I’d have to wear a hat but I rather wear the thing that stops me from dying/getting paralyzed.
I wear a giro agilis, what helmet is in your post though?

Wearing the Uvex Rise on road and track sessions, most comfortable helmet I ever had

Giro Air Attack
Bought it for the velodrome, but on daily city rides comfy too. Was worried about ventilation, but it’s quite decent

Bell Stratus. MIPS but not sure if it makes a difference

Specialized something or other. It’s black, it’s chunky. Sometimes I forget to wear it, but I don’t feel right without it. Head trauma ain’t cool.

Specialized Chamonix 3.
It’s the best helmet for the price in terms of security and preventing head damage. For 70€ it performs better than a lot of 300€ helmets. If you want safety, go for it. If you want aesthetics, aero or anything else go for another model

Giro fixture MIPs. First helmet and does what I need it to do so far!

Poc Omne Air – too bulky don’t recommend it.

A POC Axion MTB helmet. I’ve been too cheap to buy a road lid (maybe I will at some point) and I like having the peak.

I’m also in the market for a helmet, after narrowly escaping death a couple times.
Would love to find one I’ll actually wear.
