I will probably look at a local bicycle shop too, but I’m not sure the availability of their bicycles, and I also have no clue what to look for, hence why I asked here. I am open to suggestions, of course, but this is what I found on craigslist and FB marketplace, and weren’t obvious mountain or race bicycles, or in immediately visible bad condition
Just trying to get a good beginner bicycle on a pretty tight budget, going to use it quite a bit on hills bc I live in western NC, and worst offroading I’ll do is probably a bumpy field at low speed, otherwise using it on tarmac, with more focus on comfort than speed. I also want to get something repairable and in good condition, so I don’t have to spend more time or money on it
EDIT: Oh yeah I’m also just under 5’11”, I forgot to put height
