Hey all,
I recently purchased a praxis bottom bracket for a shimano crank. But it came without a seal on one end.
The last time I had one of these, both bearing seals were orange rubber.
The one I have on the end that did come with a seal has a black alloy cover that I've never seen before.
Can anyone provide me eith some clarity here?
Is this the correct seal setup/does it matter one or the other?
Fwiw, 68-3001R is the part number and it's going into a venge. The previous bike I had one of these on was an SL6 tarmac, so same BB.
Any knowledge greatly appreciated!

I will also add the shop is sending me out the orange seal.
So I’m just curious as to the difference and if it will matter for the application
