Bought this old frame with random parts in the Bay Area over 10+ years ago. After getting my wheels jacked and replacing them one time, I finally scrapped up the cash to upgrade it to the parts I wanted back then… any ideas on what model it might be would be welcomed!

Is that a Paramount? There’s nothing wrong with the parts you wanted ‘back then’…Sugino crank is timeless, dyads are great rims and who can criticize the Shimano caliper brake?
….color choices, that could use work….for MY tastes, but it ain’t my bike. But if that’s a Paramount I wish it was!
