Looking to make a ebike inspired by early motorized bicycles. Can anyone recommend a bike for a 6′ 3″ Canadian guy?

I saw a worksman “classic cruiser” bike in person and loved the shape, but they’re absolutely tiny for a guy my size. Would be interested in hearing about stuff by sportsman flyer
