I found rolling backwards down the bottom of a quarter pipe helped me a lot, Because it’s a more smooth transition and with a bit more speed it helps you balance.

Control the weight transfer after the front tire makes contact. Try to even pause a little at the height, and setting the back wheel down. This is going to help you plant your ass over the back tire and effectively send the weight and energy in motion backwards. You just need more speed exiting the wall to help you throw the bike around. More speed and control, you got this! Helmet and shin guards, your 34 year old self will thank you ❤️

I don’t do this but you seem to have the hang of something. The easiest way to get good at something is just by trying. Keep doing what your doing and after like 200 attempts you’ll probably have it down.

You’re on a cassette so use that pedal pressure. Once you start to turn and you’ve done a full crank, push your pedal back forward. This will lift up the bars then you pivot on that back wheel the rest of the way around. If you’re snapping with that turn, you’ll spin no problem on that back wheel. If not it’s gonna be more effort to spin once you lift the front.

  5. Speed and try to just like jump 180 the whole bike that is easy for me and it adds style points
