When I use the correct size of any of this hex wrenches it always eats the inner carvings of the axis. The normal hex tool goes in, but it eats it, the other goes in normally, but then it gets superglued inside and eats it again.
I'm asking because I've done this on my previous bike and it ate the carving and it was super hard to get the wheel off after a while. It was the same problem

First, purchase a new through axle. Hammer in a bigger torx bit and see if that bites in and removes it. If not, break out the drill.
Maybe look at a good quality set of Hex keys. I like Wera tools but there are other good brands.
Possibly a torque wrench.
